Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of KUMI SHOKU collections, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted and the product has been delivered.

Because digital content can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or consumed immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of time to use the collection
  • Personal preference regarding the content
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same collection more than once, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

After verification, we will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.


Technical Issues

If you experience difficulties accessing your collection, downloading files, or receiving your purchase, please contact our support team.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product you purchased.


Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unique situations may occasionally arise.

While refunds are not guaranteed for digital products, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
